How to monitor your live trading performance and open positions.
Once your strategy is live, Tradient provides real-time monitoring tools so you can track performance, review open positions, and intervene if necessary.
The Live Dashboard
- Open Positions — Current trades with entry price, current price, and unrealized P&L
- Trade History — Completed trades with full details and performance
- Real-Time Equity — Your account value updated in real-time
- Strategy Status — Whether your strategy is active, paused, or encountered an error
- Daily P&L — Today's profit or loss from all strategies
Managing Live Strategies
- Pause — Temporarily stop the strategy from taking new trades. Existing trades remain open
- Stop — Fully deactivate the strategy and optionally close all open positions
- Modify — Adjust risk settings or position sizing without stopping the strategy
- Manual Override — Close specific positions manually if needed
Avoid the temptation to manually override your strategy based on emotions. If you find yourself frequently intervening, the strategy may need further testing and refinement.
