Connecting a Broker

How to link your brokerage account to Tradient.

To trade live, you need to connect a supported broker account. Tradient uses secure API connections — your broker credentials are encrypted and Tradient never has the ability to withdraw funds.

Supported Brokers

Tradient supports major brokers across forex, crypto, and stock markets. Check the Integrations page for the current list of supported brokers and their available features.

Connection Steps

  1. 1Go to Account Settings and select Broker Connections
  2. 2Click Add Broker and select your broker from the list
  3. 3Follow the broker-specific authentication process. This usually involves generating API keys from your broker's platform
  4. 4Enter the API credentials in Tradient
  5. 5Tradient will verify the connection and display your account balance
  6. 6Select which account to use for trading if you have multiple accounts

Security

  • All API credentials are encrypted at rest and in transit
  • Tradient uses read and trade permissions only — no withdrawal access
  • You can revoke access at any time from your broker's platform
  • Connection status is monitored and you'll be notified of any issues

Most brokers offer demo/paper trading accounts with API access. Use these to test live trading before committing real funds.
