Deploying a Strategy

Deploying a strategy takes it from backtesting to real-time execution. Before deploying, make sure your strategy has been thoroughly tested and you've connected your broker.

Pre-Deployment Checklist

• Strategy has been backtested on at least 2 years of data
• Backtest results show consistent profitability with acceptable drawdown
• Strategy has been tested on out-of-sample data
• Broker account is connected and verified
• You've set appropriate risk limits for live trading
• You understand the strategy's expected behavior and risk profile

Deployment Steps

1. 1Open your strategy and click Deploy to Live
2. 2Select your connected broker account
3. 3Configure position sizing for live trading (start smaller than backtest size)
4. 4Set maximum daily loss limits and maximum position count
5. 5Review the deployment summary showing strategy rules and risk settings
6. 6Activate the strategy
